Welcome to Forbans Beachfront Villa - a secluded and family friendly villa that is only 15 steps from one of the Seychelles' best beaches. The Beach House is perfect for large families ( or even two families traveling together) and large groups. The Beach House can accommodate up to 8 people.
Escape from the corona chaos to paradise in the Seychelles! We can customize and arrange stays for families looking to escape and home school, digital nomads wanting to balance online work with mojitos on the beach….we welcome long stay groups and can arrange on-site spa services, catering, delivery of groceries and drinks and even install multiple high speed broadband lines (up to 100 mbps). We are covid compliant and certified by the Seychelles government including for Special Status countries.
The Beachfront Villa is nestled in a private enclave with one other house and thus benefits from almost 100 meters of quasi-private beachfront. Furthermore the Anse Forbans beach is over 400 meters long and its sister beach (connected at low tide) is over 800 meters long. The Beach House sits off the main road via a private access road and is further buffered by high walls and with two locked access gates for private access to the beach. The Beach House has 700 square meters of lush tropical garden and is private, secluded and safe for small children and families.
The Beachfront Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and has A/C throughout the house and complimentary WI-FI internet in all rooms. Additional features include:
(1) Oceanfront Suite features separate entrance to main villa and is ideal for large groups or two families travelling together who wish to maintain intimacy and privacy, features include:
Double Bedroom: Features a queen-sized orthopedic spring mattress, AC, Ceiling fan, pedestal fan, hair dryer, living area features a sleeper sofa (sleeps one person). Wi-Fi internet
Ensuite bathroom: shower, sink, toilet. Complimentary bath, hand and wash towels plus beach towels.
Finally a private terrace with a teak dining table for up to 4/5 people. This private terrace is separated from the large terrace that has a teak dining table for 12 people and rattan lounge furniture.
(2) Ensuite double bedroom features a queen-sized orthopedic spring mattress, pedestal fan plus A/C, hair dryer, and comfortable sitting chair. Ensuite bathroom features a bath tub/shower, toilet, sink. Complimentary bath, hand and wash towels plus beach towels. Wi-Fi internet is included
(3rd Bedroom) with two single twin beds featuring orthopedic spring mattresses each with rails which are useful for keeping the young ones from falling out of the bed, A/C. Wi-Fi internet and a safe. This bedroom also has a pull out third bed which features an orthopedic spring mattress. This bedroom shares a family bathroom.
(4th Bedroom) with two single twin beds featuring orthopedic spring mattresses, A/C, hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet. This bedroom shares a family bathroom.
Multiple Dining Spaces: including an indoor dining table for 6 people, two terraces with dining tables including one for 12 people.
Fully equipped large kitchen: large fridge/freezer, 4 gas hobs/oven, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, tableware for 8 people, range of pots, pans and serving dishes.
Catering customized to your needs. We can arrange catering from a simple meal to lunch and dinner prepared daily by local Seychellois cooks - depending on availability of the caterers. Menu options range from local delicacies like kari koko poule (coconut chicken curry made from the fresh coconut milk of our coconuts) to international fare.
A guest favorite is to have the caterer source the fresh catch of the day, clean and prepare and grill it. Grocery shopping can be included as well as part of the caterer's services. In addition, delivery can be arranged from local restaurants or free shuttle can be arranged to select restaurants. Enquire for more details.

while local artists' work is displayed including a sword crafted from a swordfish bill and artwork by Michael Adams, Seychelles' most prominent artist.

The Beach House features a masonry BBQ for which we can arrange catering including sourcing, cleaning
and grilling fresh fish. We also have a traditional open faced grill.
Tranquillity, serenity and privacy - secured by fully walled/fenced perimeter with access gates for private parking for your car and gated access at the beach. Our property is well illuminated in the evening, we have large safes available in the rooms, alarm system and premium South African sliding security doors plus CCTV around the perimeter of the property. In addition, we have an on-site Villa Manager. Your comfort and safety are our foremost concerns.
